Product after-sales service commitment

1、 The product shall be provided with an inspection certificate and an appropriate amount of instructions to ensure that users can correctly install and use our products.

2、 Our company guarantees that the products delivered will be produced and inspected according to relevant national standards, and unqualified products will never be delivered. Guarantee to strictly perform and honor the three guarantees of products, and strictly implement the relevant provisions of the national industrial product after-sales service. For the ex factory products, within 3 months from the date of shipment or within 6 months of product installation (whichever comes first), if the buyer can prove that the products are correctly installed and used in accordance with the company's recommendations; It can prove that the product itself has design, material or processing defects, and submit a written application to the company. The company will recall and repair the defective products for free.

3、 The user raises an objection to the quality of our products, and the company promises to make suggestions within 24 hours after receiving the objection from the user. If it is necessary to solve the problem on site, ensure to send professional technical service personnel, and ensure that the service personnel do not leave without solving the quality problem. Our company will file the product quality problems fed back by each user and the handling results.

4、 In any case, the Company will not bear the labor, materials, equipment, engineering or other related joint and several costs arising from the repair and replacement of defective products. This after-sales service commitment of the Company can replace other express or implied product quality warranty, and can be regarded as the sole compensation of the Buyer and the sole responsibility of the Seller.
